My current Genie:

level 100 Zeal
70/100 LP (yea.. I know it sucks that's why I'm making another Genie)

Skills:
-Earthflame (level 1) --> for pulling mob
-Holy Path (level 10) --> speed for slow caster
-Absolute Domain (level 10) --> save my life from shytty moment
-Fortify (level 1) --> fortify + IG, another life saver
-Cloud Eruption (level 1) --> chi

Affinity (total of 21 affinity, all used up):
-Metal: 7
-Wood: 5
-Earth: 5
-Water: 4
-Fire: 0

Ability Points:
-66 VIT total with gears (50 VIT base + 16 VIT from gears)
-94 or 95 MAG (can't remember)

What I plan on future Genie(s):

Psychic
level 100 Longevity/Discipline PvP Genie
74+ LP

Skills:
-Heart of Steel (level 10) --> useful against Clerics shooting plume shot. Basically the only caster that have advantage over me even when I'm buffed when fight 1 vs 1. Veno doesn't seem to purge me whatsoever in PvP (maybe cause they think purging my black voodoo is useless anyways)
-Extreme Poison (level 10) --> useful to kill tanky opponents faster
-Fortify (level 1) --> fortify + IG is a life-saver
-Holy Path (level 10) --> speed for slow caster to run away for her life
-Badge of Courage (level 10) --> break out of stun from Spirit Phalanx debuff
-Expel (level 10) --> seal that triple sparking sin or use sage BoL + expel before BoL is finished channeling to give free physical immune damage

*It's arguable to change EP with Soul of Fire (protect against Wizzy's BT) but I usually don't see BT coming before I dropped dead anyways. Can always add Soul of Fire or Adrenaline Surge (to break from sleep) if I somehow hit that 81 mark (I doubt it since I really fail at making Genies).

Affinity (21 affinity total, all used up):
-Metal: 5
-Wood: 5
-Earth: 2
-Water: 6
-Fire: 3

Ability Points:
50 VIT total
50 MAG base + more if I can
85-100 DEX depends on Genie's LP and gears
Genie is DEX-based build

Back to the case:

75/100 Discipline (174 free points)

Same skills as I said on previous post above.

Stats:
45 VIT
50 MAG
80 DEX (64 base DEX + 16 DEX from gears)
3 STR

If I do my math correctly, it should work like that.

That means:
-Holy Path = 6 seconds long
-Heart of Steel = 64 energy (down from 80 energy)
-Extreme Poison = 14 seconds long (+8 seconds more)
-Fortify = 5 seconds long (+2 seconds more)
-Badge of Courage = 80% success rate (+40% more)
-Expel = 11 seconds long (+2 seconds more)

Not sure if 45 VIT might be too much or too little. I'm just assuming that I can holy path twice in a row with 45 VIT (which should be with 2 energy recover per sec). Again, this genie is specifically made for PvP on Psy, so don't tell me why there's no CE and AD (I don't use them in PvP).

Obviously, these skills are for PvE. I haven't assigned anything anyways other than Holy Path and AD. Still trying to get a better Genie (which I absolutely have horrible luck at making one). The usual VIT/MAG build (50 VIT base, rest in MAG)


For BM:

66/100 Zeal (trying to get 71+ LP as well)

-Holy Path (mostly for pulling, it's not like I'm gonna get behind with 2 speed skills)
-Tangling Mire (AoE skills that reduce pdefense, good to combo with my own AoEs)
-Extreme Poison (use it with triple spark/HF combo for more damage and assure aggro keeping)
-Tree of Protection (heal skill is obvious)
-Cloud Eruption (BM burns chi like no tomorrow, need to have it so HF can be ready whenever it finishes cooldown)
-True Emptiness (mostly if I have slot for it, good to kill harpies in FC, not a must have)

PvE build genie. I have 44/70 Discipline so far, but if that won't get to 71+, I'ma use my readily available 66/100 Zeal. Genie will have 50 STR (mostly for mire really), 45 VIT, rest in MAG. Basically just the flip out of DEX-build genie I have.

-Expel (seal the sin or use it on myself then run away)
-Extreme Poison (due to Mystic's low dph, this is the skill to kill tanky opponent --> time it with lucky break or chihyu's leech)
-Heart of Steel/Wind Prison/Adrenaline Surge (I need Mel Mel to shoot Plume Shot at me to see if HoS works on plume shot or not. Otherwise, Wind Prison or Adrenaline Surge instead.

Gonna roll with 45 VIT base and rest in MAG. Maybe, I'll end up buying a Genie for this since I only need lvl 90 Genie.

I pull out Cloud Eruption for Mystic since I never use it (granted, since I have sage NV, my chi bar jumps like my BM's chi bar in combat).

Not sure if I would need anything higher than 70/100 Genie. I do prefer higher LP for faster regen and more allocated points.

Thinking something like this:

Skills:
-Holy Path - level 10
-Absolute Domain - level 10
-Expel - level 10
-Will Surge - level 10
-Extreme Poison - level 10

Instead of being mag based, it would have higher VIT to chain Will Surge + Expel (if I expel myself of course). Can put 1 more skill in it, but I'm not sure what it's gonna be. This genie is mostly defensive PvP genie (as you can see from the skills, except for EP). Other possible skills are these:

-Adrenaline Surge (Prevent Cleric and Sin from sleeping me. This has limited use however since it doesn't work for all classes. Most classes do not have sleep skill).
-Nullify Poison (Block Absorb Soul. However, it's only useful against mystics which is quite rare in group PvP setting even. I'm not very sure if Nullify Poison blocks Amp + Purge from Veno as well. Veno usually doesn't give me much trouble besides the one-in-time Veno with Nix and DoT stacking or Ironwood Scarab + Arcane Antinomy).
-Law Breaker (chance to break from seal. Chance is low since my Genie is VIT based and not STR based).
-ToP (useful to heal myself when getting sealed/stunned/slept/occult. Again, not healing as much since it's a VIT and not STR genie).
-Leaf Dance (doesn't stack with Leech + Devil and Lucky Break).

Dunno if it's a good idea. Seems that I would need very high VIT to chain the skills.

Another way is DEX build:

75/100 Discipline (Genie must be level 101 at least) --> 22 affinity points

Skills:
-Holy Path - level 10
-Absolute Domain - level 10
-Expel - level 10
-Extreme Poison - level 10
-Badge of Courage - level 10
-1 slot free (not sure what to put)

Would also work for my Psy. Although, Psy needs fortify to chain with IG.

Stats:
-45 VIT
-50 MAG
-80 DEX (64 DEX + 16 DEX from gears)
-3 STR

Concern with this is the low mag on Genie (alternatively, I can use warsong medals for gears, although it's about 4.5 mil per gear, 18 mil total for all 4 gears). With medal gears, I'll have both 66 MAG and 80 DEX which is pretty decent.

Edit: adding Wind Shield for damage reduction (not for aps). Wind Shield has relatively low cost of energy. I was thinking of Relentless Courage, but that skill cost a lot of energy for little offensive skill. Sometimes, Absolute Domain isn't an option due to high cost of energy. Holy Path -> sin pops + stun -> genie has no energy for AD.

I think my stats are a bit off, lemme do the math again:

174 free points (75/100 Discipline) --> I'll double check Genie later in game

Base stats:
15 VIT
5 DEX
5 MAG
3 STR

After distributing 174 points:
*45 VIT (30 points used) --> 174-30 = 144 left
*45 DEX (40 points used) --> 144-40 = 104 left
After 45 DEX, the next points in DEX used up 2 ability points.
*45 MAG (40 points used) --> 104-40 = 64 left
After 45 MAG, the next points in MAG used up 2 ability points.
*3 STR (no points used) --> still 64 left

So, we end up with 64 ability points left. I want 80 DEX total for a nice even factorial number for the skills.

-Wind Shield:
*Every 8 DEX increases reduction damage by 1% more. With 80 DEX, the reduction damage is 10% more since (80 DEX / 8 DEX) * 1% = 10%. At max level, this increases total damage reduction to 15% + 10% = 25% damage reduction.  
*Every 50 DEX increases duration by 1 more second. I'm not gonna push this to 100 DEX since 1 second more is a nonfactor. With 80 DEX, I'll have 1 more second duration. So, Wind Shield lasts for 8 secs + 1 sec = 9 secs. 9 sec is pretty good since both Thicket and Nova lasts for 8 seconds. I believe Stunning Arrow is also 8 secs.

-Extreme Poison:
*Every 10 DEX increases duration by 1 more second. With 80 DEX, it just means (80 DEX / 10 DEX) * 1 sec = 8 secs. At max level, I'll have 6 seconds + 8 seconds = 14 seconds. Lasts long enough for a triple spark.

-Holy Path:
*Every 100 DEX increases duration by 1 more second. Also a nonfactor. I'm just gonna keep it at 80 DEX for no duration bonus. At max level, Holy Path lasts for 6 secs.

-Badge of Courage:
*Every 2 DEX increases the success rate by 1%. With 80 DEX, I'll have (80 DEX / 2 DEX) * 1% = 40% increase of success rate. At max level, BoC gives 40% + 40% = 80% success rate. Not very great. Mostly useful if I just have to press emergency IG and no time to anti stun.

-Expel:
*Every 40 DEX increases the duration by 1 more second. With 80 DEX, I'll have (80 DEX / 40 DEX) * 1 sec = 2 secs. At max level, Expel gives 9 secs + 2 secs = 11 secs seal and physical immunity.

-Absolute Domain:
*Take no benefit of DEX boost.

My plan is to have 45 VIT total (for 2x Holy Path in a row), 80 DEX total (for the reasons above), and as high MAG as possible for faster recovery. I have 64 points left, so I'm adding it to DEX.

Since after 45 DEX, we need 2 points per stat point, that means I'd have 64 / 2 = 32 more points to DEX.

45 DEX + 32 DEX = 77 DEX (ok, 77 DEX isn't great since each genie gears give 4 DEX).

I'll lower to 31 DEX

45 DEX + 31 DEX = 76 DEX (gears +4 DEX) = 80 DEX

2 points extra I can allocate to MAG.

45 MAG + 1 MAG (gears +4 MAG /shared gears with the DEX one/using Warsong Medal) = 50 MAG

Adding 3 more gears that give 4 MAG each, so it's 50 MAG + 12 MAG = 62 MAG

So, end game stats:
45 VIT
80 DEX (76 + 4)
62 MAG (45 + 17)
3 STR

I don't know if 62 MAG is good enough for recovery. Currently, I have around 94 MAG Genie on Psy and I can chain fortify + IG --> AD. I'm thinking of buying more Medals (4.5 mil for each gear), but I don't know if there's a good supply of medals. If I'm using medal gears for all slots, I'll have 80 DEX and 74 MAG (75 MAG is what I have now on my Zeal and recovers decently). I think there's a Genie quest that can reset Genie points (quest level 80) if I do have money to buy medal someday (I just need to reset DEX anyways).

Need an origination order to reset 1 ability points:
1 order = 20 tokens
Resetting 12 points means 12 orders = 20 * 12 = 240 tokens
Price: 240 * 18,000 = 4.3 mil

So, my genie is done, it has the following stats:

75/100 Discipline

45 VIT
80 DEX (76 + 4)
65 MAG (46 + 19)
3 STR

Skills:
-Holy Path - level 10
-Absolute Domain - level 10
-Expel - level 10
-Badge of Courage - level 10
-Extreme Poison - level 10
-Wind Shield - level 10 (might change to level 1 Fortify at level 102)

I test my new Genie and brought it to NW, TW, and FWS. So far, the Genie has fast recovery even with 65 MAG (not as fast as my old genie with 75 MAG and certainly way slower than my 94 MAG Zeal on Psy's Genie). Kinda disappointed that Badge of Courage doesn't work in NW (glitched? ugh..). I've used badge in TW and it worked so yeah x.x

I've used all skills, except for Wind Shield. I don't find reducing damage as useful as actually completely blocking the damage (cause certain skills are DoT based like Blade Tornado, Absorb Soul, and etc go through damage reducing skills such as Plume Shell, Invoke, and Psy's SoR).
