Too bad that 4(idk about Achilles, but if it is passive... 5) of his skills are passive. LAZY. Lern to triple pot and zerk and buff pls.

Achilles is passive, making 5 passive skills. BM's and NL's have 3 passive 4th job skills.

and I assume 3 passive skills would be bow expert, marksmenship, and vengeance... BE and marksmenship is a must have and should be maxed..

Hamstring at 0 and hero's will probably level 1..

I don't find hamstring useful at all.. My bow gives 10% chance to do lvl 2 slow (so pretty much like hamstring with lower chance to slow down).. It doesn't work at boss so there's no point of putting points in hamstring.. I don't know how veng work honestly.. I saw vid of BM killing ob 3 guardians (lvl 170 BM).. Seems like he doesn't even have points in veng.. I don't want veng (passive skill) works like final attack pre-BB (uncontrollable skill that does damage on monsters)..

So my skill build after BB, would probably be: (in order)
-Sharp Eyes (30)
-Hurricane (30), for new BM, should put at 21 and get BE to 27
-Bow Expert (30)
-Marksmenship (10)
-Maple Warrior (20), yeah not gonna dream of getting MW 30
-Concentrate (30)
-Phoenix (30)
-Dragon Breath (21)
-rest is whatever skill you wanna put, inferno or w/e maybe good..

You'd think Hamstring would work on bosses since Slow (Wizard) does. Fail.

Pre-BB:
No, it doesn't work.. Just ask any bowmaster you find around.. They all know hamstring won't work at bosses.. Also, if you get 10% chance to slow (potential from weapon), those aren't work at bosses either..

Post-BB:
I personally don't know what happen to hamstring after BB patch, whether Nexon changes it or not.. Poison however work at bosses (including ice/fire demons).. I also believe that inferno/Phoenix can burn bosses as well..

Still, I don't feel like hamstring is a much of a skill to be maxed early.. SE, hurricane, BE, MW, concentrate clearly shows the power at bosses (damage).. As for marksmenship, it's a good defensive buff that saves a lot of pots and probably survive death..
