Since I only have 2 chars (oh well..), only going to write for 2 classes based off my experience in PvE.

From 1 to 5:
1 = not useful/close to zero usefulness
2 = very little use
3 = okay-ish to use; not good, not bad
4 = potentially be important at higher level
5 = very useful, used all the time
