Elderwood can be found everywhere near lvl 30-40 area.. Nectar is plenty near RT and Etherblade.. Shouldn't have problems getting any of these herbs.. Yes, I farmed around 200+ nectars and 1xx elderwoods already.. So, it's doable =)

No need to buy Devilwood imo.. Either farm or use cheaper pots and your own skills..
