Latency Investigations Ongoing

We are aware that players have been experiencing latency or slow
performance while in-game or browsing our website. We are actively
investigating the cause of this issue and doing our best to isolate and
fix the problem. Should the problem persist, we may initiate additional
maintenance. We will keep you updated as our investigation continues.

What exactly is latency issue? I thought that my maple went back to last year when I got d/ced most of the time (like every 5-10 mins d/ced) and can't apq T.T

And so many glitches occuring during the game, especially when I run 2 maples on 1 computer. One account would d/c, the other is not (so definitely, not the internet problem). Do you think Nexon trying to get rid of this 2 account Maple by defining it as "latency issue"?

Yeah, I know they say latency as slow performance, but do you think it has a connection with 2 account Maple since I only d/c when running 2 accs?

Just a thought.

that MAY be a latency issue, what i think that happened is: they tried to upgrade their servers, but they failed (surprising, right?) cause now they use less bandwidth per connection so they can attend "more people on the holiday season", but that bandwidth is clearly not enough for everyone ._.

or at least that'd be my first thought on it ._.
