Mostly just for myself so I don't forget.. Gonna divide them in terms of group.. Group 1 has the skills I want to max first.. Group 2 follows after Group 1 is maxed..

Psychic

Group 1:
-Aqua Impact
-Spirit Blast
-Black Voodoo
-Landslide
-Bubble of Life

Group 2:
-White Voodoo
-Psychic Will
-Glacial Shards
-Sandburst Blast
-Aqua Cannon

Group 3:
-Earth Vector
-Red Tide
-Tide Spirit
-Empowered Vigor
-Earthen Spirit
-Aqua Spirit

Group 4: (by level 79, I'll save up 2 mil sps for these 2)
-Essential Sutra (level 1)
-Crystal Light (level 1)

Group 5: (not planning to max unless I got ahold of the Sage version of said skill)
-Torrent
-Soul of Vengeance
-Sand Trap
-Diminished Vigor
-Soul of Stunning
-Soul of Silence
-Soul of Retaliation
-Soulburn
-Disturb Soul
-Tideform

**Not including level 100 skills as of now**
Reason of not maxing group 5 is because those skills are PvP exclusive and I only play PvE.. Not necessarily that the skill is bad.. It's just close to useless in PvE environment..

Almost all group 1 is maxed.. Once it's all maxed, move on to next group..

-Befuddling Creeper (no sage version, never going to max)

-Healing Herb (no sage version, never going to max)

**Not including level 100 skills as of now**
Reason of including Listless and Lysing in group 6 is because Listless is the best plant to sleep up boss (makes boss totally stun) given the boss doesn't do AoE damage.. Other debuff plants just totally plain obsolete compared to Listless.. Healing herb is inferior to Vital herb and granted if I solo, I rather save my sparks for thickets.. Swirling Mist doesn't really do any good whatsoever.. The poison damage and the damage from mist itself is really weak..

I'm only taking up 5-6 skills at a time.. Too much skills adding up at the same time are just too confusing and messy..

Change of plan a bit.. maybe..

If I ever get high enough soulforce (which I probably won't anyways, but I'll try to), soulforce based skill (torrent DoT, sand trap DoT, red tide DoT, all the soul trees) will be worth maxing since apparently, psychic DoT damage is based on soulforce, not a definite base like other classes..

Find out that Spark+ (level 59, cost 2 sparks) give 400% weapon dmg, recover 10% of max hp, and lasts for 12 seconds.. Compared to max Tide Spirit (-channeling, 100% damage, also cost 2 sparks, lasts for 15 seconds).. Seems that I would just Spark+ instead of wasting my spark on some channeling skill and 1/4th of the spark+ damage..

Probably set aside Tide Spirit as well.. Also Red Tide would be put aside since Earth Vector is more butt saver (85% stun chance).. Only leave at level 1..

Still keeping Rapid Growth because that one only cost 30 chi (not gonna interfere with spark).. Although, Rapid Growth level 1 and level 10 gives the same -channeling.. So, the only beneficial of using rapid growth is right before absorb soul..

Just a thought... Might be more change in the future..
