Silver Coin Exploit

ok. This explit is now a meso exploit cos hackers are getting money by buying and selling maple weapons with the coins they get.

This means this IS a meso exploit so we probably will have a rollback.

Now the question is: How long will they rollback the game? I'm hoping 5 days or 4 so i can get my hacked items back

The 6th Anniversary coins exploit has been blocked.

Chaos scrolls are temporarily unusable and untradable.

6th Anniversary scrolls are temporarily unusable.

All items obtained with 6th Anniversary coins are temporarily untradable and have a value of 0 mesos if sold to an NPC.

Chaos scrolls have been permanently removed from the list of items that can be obtained for 6th Anniversary coins.


All players that abused this exploit will be banned, however we understand that some players may have simply made a poor decision, so all players will be given until 5/15/2011 to voluntarily remove the exploited items from their accounts by selling them to an NPC for 0 mesos. If all exploited items are removed in time, you will not be banned (please note that you must remove the items from ALL of your accounts.) Once our investigation is complete and all applicable bans are issued, we will return the items that remain to normal. We hope that most players will do the right thing and remove the items if they know they are exploited.

...and I bought lv77 bow and dagger using maple coins... should I npc them? I'd rather not get banned, but I hunted monsters for hours trying to get bow and dagger and gave up and used all the leaves I had to get them.

YES NO ROLLBACK and mel i dont think that you have to. Cus they may be able to tell who the hackers exploiters are so i hope you didnt get rid of it already. It said that the people with exploited items have to they might know that you hunted for it and i have a Maple Pyrope Halfmoon if thats what your looking for i can give it to you

What do we have to NPC? All maple weapons, scrolls, and silver tokens? What if I have maple weapons from 6 months ago? Do I have to make a new mule just to deposit all maple items there?

I think it is just safe for you if you NPC the maple weapons.. It is not like you buy the maple weapons with nx or mesos.. You actually have little to zero loss if you NPC them.. I have a lvl 67 bow that you can borrow if you need strless bow real bad.. Better safe than sorry D:

Jane Jane, it's just Maple equips & chaos scrolls & 6th anni scrolls that were bought in FM.

If you hunted or used your own leaves and coins to get, then it's safe. Or if you got it in FM before this maple anniversary.

All Maple items are currently untradeable.

@David: Yeah, just check it up yesterday.. All my maple weapons are untradeable..

@Mel: Are you certain that Nexon knows whether you hunt the item or buy in the FM? Nexon can just ban anyone who exchange tokens for maple weapons even though you get tokens legitly..
