Skill Changes
1. Archer
Archer Mastery (1st): Increase Range, Speed, Accuracy, Evasion; Increase speed cap
Arrow Blow (1st): Damage increased, max level is now 15
Double Shot (1st): Damage increased, max level is now 15
Focus (1st) Removed

2. Hunter/Ranger/Bow Master
Double Jump (2nd): New skill; jump forward twice
Physical Training (2nd): New skill; permanently increase STR and DEX
Drain Arrow (3rd): New skill; absorb HP from target
Spirit Link: Phoenix (4th): New skill; while Phoenix is summoned, increase Max HP, MP, Defense and Magic Defense
Illusion Staff (4th): New skill; greatly increase evasion and agility (?)
Ultimate Inferno (4th): New skill; improve Inferno's efficiency
Advanced Final Attack (4th): New skill; increase Final Attack's damage and probability, adds passive weapon attack and accuracy
Elite Puppet (4th): New skill; Puppet that can attack and absorb damage (?)

Silver Hawk (2nd): Changed to 2nd job skill, removed summoning rock requirement
Mortal Blow (3rd): Max level 15; heals HP and MP when OHKO effect is invoked
Puppet (3rd): Max level 15; monsters will -always- attack Puppet after it is summoned (makes note of this being a correction, implying making it better than what it tries to do currently)
Inferno (3rd): Effect renewed; skill efficiency improved somehow
Arrow Rain (3rd): Max level 20; attack speed and area of effect increased; now hits 3 times
Phoenix (3rd): Changed to 3rd job skill, max level 20
Strafe (3rd): Max level 20
Dodge (3rd): Changed so upon evading an attack, every attack for the next 1 second will be a guaranteed critical (alternatively, the next attack within one second will be a guaranteed critical)
Concentrate (3rd): Changed to 3rd job skill, removed cool down (presumably nerfed as well)
Hurricane (4th): Allows usage of potions during attack
Marksmanship (4th): Ignore defense amount increased, max HP and Accuracy amount changed

Improved Fundamentals (2nd): Skill removed
Power Knock-back (2nd): Skill removed
Thrust (3rd): Skill removed
Dragon Breath (4th): Skill removed
Hamstring (4th): Skill removed
Vengeance (4th): Skill removed

3. Crossbowman/Sniper/Marksman
Double Jump (2nd): New skill; jump forward twice
Physical Training (2nd): New skill; permanently increase STR and DEX
Concentrate (3rd): New skill; increases weapon attack for a fixed amount of time, and decreases MP usage from skills (same as Ranger's)
Spirit Link: Frostprey (4th): New skill; while Frostprey is summoned, increase Max HP, MP, Defense and Magic Defense
Illusion Staff (4th): New skill; greatly increase evasion and agility (?)
Elite Puppet (4th): New skill; Puppet that can attack and absorb damage (?)

Golden Eagle (2nd): Changed to 2nd job skill, removed summoning rock requirement
Iron Arrow (2nd): Removed damage penalty
Mortal Blow (3rd): Max level 15; heals HP and MP when OHKO effect is invoked
Puppet (3rd): Max level 15; monsters will -always- attack Puppet after it is summoned (makes note of this being a correction, implying making it better than what it tries to do currently)
Blizzard (3rd): Effect renewed; skill efficiency improved somehow
Arrow Eruption (3rd): Max level 20; attack speed and area of effect increased; now hits 3 times
Frostprey (3rd): Changed to 3rd job skill, max level 20
Strafe (3rd): Max level 20
Dodge (3rd): Changed so upon evading an attack, every attack for the next 1 second will be a guaranteed critical (alternatively, the next attack within one second will be a guaranteed critical)
Dragon Breath (3rd): Changed to 3rd job skill, max level 20
Ultimate Strafe (4th): Damage increased
Snipe (4th): Effect renewed, ignores 50% defense
Pierce (4th): Max targets increased
Marksmanship (4th): Ignore defense amount increased, max HP and Accuracy amount changed

Improved Fundamentals (2nd): Skill removed
Power Knock-back (2nd): Skill removed
Thrust (3rd): Skill removed
Hamstring (4th): Skill removed
Vengeance (4th): Skill removed
(Note, patch notes actually say this; presumably, they mean Blind is removed. Dragon Breath was not removed for Marksmen)

4. Wind Archer
Archer Mastery (1st): Increase Range, Speed, 명중치, Evasion; Increase speed cap
Double Jump (2nd): New skill; jump forward twice
Storm Spike (2nd): New skill; shoots a penetrating arrow in front of you
Concentrate (3rd): New skill; increases weapon attack for a fixed amount of time, and decreases MP usage from skills (same as Ranger's)
Dodge (3rd): Changed so upon evading an attack, every attack for the next 1 second will be a guaranteed critical (alternatively, the next attack within one second will be a guaranteed critical)

Gonna give slight comment on this:
1. Seems to me that some useless skills are removed.. Thank God! I've been waiting for these skills to be gone completely (hamstring, DB, veng).. Hamstring and DB doesn't work on bosses, including LHC mobs.. Veng just sucks because it draws aggro and it doesn't work 100% of the time..

2. Focus and Eye of Amazon are combined into one-single skill: Archer Mastery.. I'm not sure if this skill is passive but it better be.. I'm tired of buffs..

3. Double jump will be a new active dodging skill.. Not sure how effective it would be.. Probably not as good as flash jump..

4. Eh? So now Phoenix gives additional buffs.. I hope I don't have people betching at me for lag because I summon my bird.. Just like people complain about Evan's Dragon covering their chars and lag and bla bla bla..

5. Drain will be active or passive skills? If it's like NL's drain, that would be totally useless at boss that 2hkoed.. Also, how many % drain heals hp? We need to see how good or bad this skill is..

6. Inferno, puppet, and FA got buffed up at 4th job.. Also, I wonder if puppet works if someone else attacking after puppet is summoned.. If not, it would be a joy at Evil Cygnus..

Sooo happy about the drain like skill, it's about damn time! I'm really excited about the double jump skill, hopefully these will help me avoid and survive so i stop killin my poor BM.

It's active like an Assassin's Drain. I'd assume it's 45% of the damage done with some % of the monster's HP as the cap if you do too much damage. That's how all other drain skills minus BaM's is.

I'd assume Advanced Puppet works like a Wild Hunter's trap in that it only takes aggro at the point it's summoned and aggro is lost if anyone else attacks it.

I'm not too sure how Double Jump would work for Bowmasters. Hurricane still appears to have that slight delay from end-animation to using another skill.
