I've found that if you're an attacking class from about level 100+ soloing is usually the fastest, albeit, boring way of gaining points. I save after stage 15, so that when I go in I start at round 16 which is Old Fox... and I go until 26 (crog) or 27 (manon), which is 62 and 69 points, respectively. I can do 16 to 27 in about 3-4 mins on my BM (136), and about 5-6 mins on my NL (120). Maybe this will help others gain points faster? I hope so. =]

Yeah.. I do the same thing. I save after Lord Pirate and before Old Fox. Except, I can't do all stages to crogs sometimes. Most likely I died at this following boss:
-Poison Golem: seal to death and cant dodge the shockwave like attack
-Frankenroid: can't kb even with attack up (not the combo one, just the regular attack up), ends up getting cornered. Got 1/1 when getting cornered and dead not long after.
-Snack Bar: can't kb as well and getting cornered, and since i only have 3.1k hp and snack bar hits 1.7-1.8k, im gone in 2 hits =(

Also, I will say that boss like Papa Pixie, Lord Pirate, Frankenroid (pq bosses) have bad hp/points ratio since they have lots of hp for their levels, take too long to kill. Maybe, there's another reason to say that saving after Lord Pirate is point efficiency because we don't have to deal with bosses that takes too long to kill. Plus I don't feel like saving after jr rog is point efficiency also, since after that, comes Elliza and then, Frankenroid who takes too long to kill.

Poison Golem - I find that if I'm as far away from it as possible, I don't get seal/darkness as often? Maybe it has a range?

Frankenroid - I move around a lot of if I get darkness while at him, puppet and run... stay away from the poison.

Snack Bar - DUCK! I duck when I see that it's going to attack and stay as far away as possible.

hehe.. I'm bored after writing 200 words for history blog and decide to go here..

hmm.. let me explain further about those bosses:
-Poison Golem: basically I never get poisoned though you're right that only if you get too close with the boss that you get sealed/darkness (mage range or closer).. However, I can't kb it so I got cornered and eventually got too close... Puppet is useless in this since it can attack from my amazon eye range (for shockwave and the light thingy) and can't be dodged.. If I get sealed basically, just waiting for death since when you get sealed, you can't use combo (invisible).. Try several times and combo never works on sealed condition.

-Frankenroid: heh my 1.7k mp never stands till the end. I need to loot mp pot and sometimes got hit when trying to loot pot. Well, usually I die when I lag or run out of mp, then get cornered, then 1/1 and dead. Good thing Frank only hits me 1.5k top and I can tank 2 hits so if I have full hp, I just try to pass through.

-Snack Bar: lag at laser.. yeah.. try to duck but if it gets too close though, it attacks me with earthquake thingy which is 1.7-1.8k.. If I'm trying to pass through like in Frank, there's no chance since it has big body and I need to get hit twice just to pass through but I die 2hko (this is also due to the lack of speed that I need to get hit twice before pass through).. If I stay as far away as possible (means my strafe going out of screen), my concern is that I can't see when it's about to attack so yeah...
